Handling minerals is a key process that requires a great deal of care, as does the use of treatments and special containers.

Mineral and ferro alloy storage

The storage solutions available both in our own storage facility and in the bonded warehouse inside the port are ideal for storing mineral and ferro alloy cargoes. We have a warehouse specially dedicated to ferro alloys such as ferromanganese, ferrosilicon and ferrochrome.

We also have the most adequate machinery and equipment to guarantee safe storage of the mineral, and to protect it against shrinkage and contamination. We control all of the environmental conditions likely to affect the material, such as heat or humidity, which can alter its chemical properties.
